One Outfit, Two Ways: Work Day to Night Out!

We’ve talked about the thing that matters most in your wardrobe before, but I’ll say it again, VER-SA-TILITY.  We want a closet full of mix and match items that can create hundreds of outfits and keep us looking fab!  Two must haves? A fantastic white button down shirt and a black skirt. Both go with anything, to any occasion; what I like to refer to as “All-Rounders”.

Our new Nation pieces do just this, and you need to come by the store and grab them to round out your wardrobe.  The monochrome trend for Fall is so huge, so get your black and white essentials now!

WORK:

button down with maxi skirtA crisp button down always looks great at the office, but this one from Nation has an oversized collar that has more fashion in mind and fits a small statement necklace perfectly. It also goes perfectly with jeans!

Pairing the top with a less structured black maxi skirt gives a professional but casual look.

The metallic belt adds more professionalism and shows you took the time to think about what you are wearing.  More attention to detail in your outfit shows you’re willing to pay attention to detail in your work! (Promotion, anyone?)

The perfect shoe for work would be a great closed toe pump or low heeled ankle bootie.

Night Out:

Take a cue from style icon, Victoria Beckham.

Lose the belt.

Roll the sleeves.

Add a chunky wedge.

Grab a metallic bag.

Hit the town!

Come in and get your “all-rounders” for work and play!
